ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Well, that’s a lovely word when you think about it, because I feel entrepreneurs make a difference in every country and every culture.

Getting into entrepreneurship is easy. Sustaining your business and growing it well—that’s where the challenge comes. And so, I always recommend that entrepreneurs first build themselves as great leaders because here’s the big deal: businesses never fail. It’s the leader who fails. Businesses never slow down. It’s the leader who slows down from within.

And so, when you decide to get into entrepreneurship, don’t only check to see your budget, your business plans, your marketing plans, your investments. Check to see how resilient you are, how tough you know you are, and how much you can pull along when things go south.

So, I encourage you to work on yourself before you work on your business.
