HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT JOB

There is no such thing as a perfect job. Every job sucks a little bit. It's likely that quitting your current job and working for yourself or joining another company really won't make you much happier or any more successful. You will still find aspects of your work that you just can't tolerate. See, we are all trapped in what I call a corporate web, wherein a person in Cisco wants to join Google. The person in Google is waiting to join Netflix. The person in Netflix can't wait to join Amazon, and the person in Amazon feels that Cisco would be the perfect place.

And soon our career life comes to an end. When you look back, you feel that the only thing you did was search for that perfect job, that perfect environment that just did not exist. It's an endless cycle of chasing something that isn't real, leaving many feeling dissatisfied no matter where they work or what role they take on.

There is no perfect job. I encourage you to make yourself perfect for the job and for the role that has been given to you. Instead of searching endlessly for the unattainable, focus on how you can adapt, excel, and bring your best to whatever role you are currently in.
