Today’s word in leadership is integrity. In my team, which spans across the United States, Australia, and India, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty. This standard starts with me because if I, as a leader, hold myself to a high standard of integrity, I can expect the same from my team and our clients.
Integrity is one of the most valuable and respected qualities in leadership. It’s about being honest and adhering to strong moral principles, even when it's challenging—especially in the corporate world. I've had the privilege of working with leaders who consistently uphold their values and stay true to their word, no matter the circumstances.
So, here’s a challenge for you: take a moment to reflect on your own integrity. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate yourself? Checking in with yourself like this can help ensure that integrity remains at the forefront of your leadership approach.
